IFRC recommendations to strengthen the UN Draft Articles on the Protection of Persons in the Event of Disasters

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) has released detailed recommendations to strengthen the UN Draft Articles on the Protection of Persons in the Event of Disasters. Building on more than two decades of operational experience and legal expertise, these proposals offer important insights into how international law can better support disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
